When a practical class or all clinic sessions reach capacity, academic teams are notified and additional offerings will be scheduled if deemed viable, and a cohort of students are babel to be scheduled for the class or the clinic.  Keep in mind that students change their plans prior to the start of the teaching periods often, resulting in places becoming available.
